Thumbs up Controller malfunctioning(due to player error), can it be fixed?

Ok, so... I threw my controller down in rage over GTA V not accepting landing the helicopter in the flight school mini-mission. I was really pissed. It was so hard, that the controller bounced off the floor. It's carpet, by the way.
I realize now I shouldn't had done that...

Anyway, afterwards, the controller continued to work. The next day, the controller is working fine in menus. But when playing a game (depending on said game), the controls don't respond until I reset the controller.
Now, I hear something jiggling inside of it. Obviously I dislodged something inside.
The only game that refuses to work right even with a reset, is Little Big Planet 3. The first reset, my L and R buttons don't work. The second reset (and so on), my X, O, Square, and Triangle buttons don't work.

I just want to know, could it possibly be fixed with the fact it has to be reset for it to work (for some games), without spending $50 on Amazon for a replacement? I would ask this in the Sony forums, but I feel a Mod will tell me how servicing voids the warranty and refuses to assist me.
Which is why I'm looking for a 3rd party PS4 forum, that could help me. Because, the warranty doesn't cover player error.

Not sure why I lost the ability to edit. Anyway, I wanted to say that when playing a game, the PS4 button is the only button that works (when I don't reset it). The controller charges fine. Overall, it still works. It just has issues with games.
There's got to be a way to fix it without costing anything.
