Dear sony. I am a long time customer since the original. I have bought thousands of dollars in games and controllers and have had a blast. I unfortunately have had issues with my numerous ps3's repeatedly. It has been very sad over the last 8 months as i have not been able to replace the broken one. It can no longer play blurays and that means most games dont work either. I loved my gaming and have replaced my ps3 twice now. Please help me to be able to game once again. Two kids and a wife make it harder to have disposable income to keep replacing my gaming systems. Thanks for your time and hope to hear back with a better response than your customer service line.
